The site

The site is part of the wider Swan Valley Industrial Park, bound by major roads to the south and east, with a residential community to the north. To the west is the Grand Union Canal, with the Swan Valley Business Park beyond. Northampton is ideally located for industrial and logistics, highly accessible for transport to other major cities.

Creating New Jobs for Northamptonshire

By creating new high-quality commercial floorspace which can accommodate a diverse range of occupants, the development of Plot 150 will help to bolster West Northamptonshire’s successful industrial and logistics industry.
Employment opportunities, both full and part-time, spanning various occupation types and skill requirements, will be generated as a result, creating jobs for West Northamptonshire.

Aviva is highly experienced with developing sustainable industrial buildings, including the neighbouring Guy Solomon Jaguar Land Rover. The building has been designed to compliment the existing buildings on the Park, featuring crisp, modern and simple detailing.

Completing the industrial park

The existing Swan Valley business park consists of a number of industrial distribution warehouses and commercial offices with associated infrastructure and amenity planting.
The site represents the final undeveloped plot within the wider Swan Valley Business Park and would complement the other warehouses situated within the Park ensuring the Park maximises its contribution to the local economy.

Long term ownership

This site adds to Aviva Investors’ already significant presence across the Swan Valley estate, with a number warehouse units in the Industrial park let to international brands for the long term.
